Wilsonton Shopping Centre |
Clive Berghofer's Wilsonton Shopping Centre is located at 407 Bridge Street, Wilsonton, Toowoomba.
Clive built the original section of the centre in 1976 and a new building was added in 1996 alongside the existing section and the Wilsonton Hotel.
The Shopping Centre is 9000 sq metres in size with a gross lettable area of 7,832 sq metres. The centre has a total of 850 car parks - 350 undercover car parks with direct access via travelator to the Woolworths entrance and a further 500 open air car parks.
Wilsonton Shopping Centre has a Woolworths Supermarket, a Woolworths Plus Petrol outlet and over 65 specialty stores and services. These include a number of food outlets, fashion clothing, electrical and computer stores, butcher, hairdresser, jeweller, medical centre, post office and several banks.
Wilsonton Shopping Centre is designed to be user friendly, especially for disabled persons. Approximately 55,000 pedestrians pass through the centre weekly, this equates to approximately 3 million pedestrians per year.
